Any offers received are relayed to the vendor once the buyer has been confirmed

as bona fide and is in an able and willing position to purchase. This could take 24-48 hours to obtain this information, however it is imperative as it saves time for all concerned in moving forward to completion. It is entirely up to the vendor if they wish to accept the offer we can advise and guide you however ultimately the decision is yours.

Closing Date

It is not necessary to accept an offer you are under no obligation, neither is it essential to accept the highest offer as there are often other factors to take into consideration.

Offer

Once an offer is accepted verbally/written and we are in receipt of proof of funds, acceptance letters are sent to both parties. Legal representatives for both parties are notified of sale by memorandum missives contract. At this stage solicitors will correspond with each other to complete the conveyancing process and ensure that the missives are concluded effortlessly. At this stage it is very difficult for either side to withdraw.
